Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, First Rodeo is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@firstrodeo.com. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

First Rodeo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with locating your shipment.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
